This 3-day course gives you a solid foundation for coaching people and teams in your own or other organisations using the RealDrives model.
Learn to understand why people do what they do and why some teams perform better than others. Improve your skills and practice applying the RealDrives model. A model based on six drives that influence what you want, how you think, see and act.

Theory about drives
We explain what drives are and what the colors mean. You will be introduced to the RealDrives model in which behavior results from the confrontation between what a person wants and what a person perceives. Drives determine what you want and what you see. You will practice explaining individual RealDrives profiles with other students; you will learn the meaning of the different lines and stripes, which you can draw through a RealDrives profile and how to speak in the color language of the other person.
Individuals and groups
In addition to individual profiles, RealDrives also has several group profiles. The training covers how the team dashboard is structured, what collaboration spirals are, and how individual drives impact the group and culture. How using drives can help people work better together and predict their behavior.
Summary
The course provides you with a solid foundation for applying the RealDrives model. The course concludes on day 3 with a test and certificate. After this course you will be able to confidently interpret people's RealDrives profiles and lead groups and take them a step further.
